Zumba is a Latin-based dance aerobic class that uses a mixture of international music and easy to follow moves to create an exciting and effective workout.

A40CoreFit

A short sharp workout focusing on the core belt. A variety of abdominal, lower back strengthening exercises coupled with balance and flexibility work. It's a great way to focus yourself on such an important area of the body.

A40HIITFit /circuit

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
