Here at A40Fitness we often talk about fitness journeys and how we can help you reach your destination. Well, that got us thinking – if A40Fitness was a car what type would it be? Drumroll please.... a BMW 1 Series. But why, I hear you say?! 


Well, as BMW says of their sporty, spacious 1 Series, “Passengers can enjoy a generously proportioned and open atmosphere of well-being.” We believe the same can definitely be said for A40Fitness members!

Plus, we have a separate aerobics studio and a spin room where we hold over 40 gym classes a week.
