A40Fitness is a brand new gym based on Andoversford Industrial Estate, just 10-minutes from Cheltenham. Offering a welcoming environment built with our members at heart, we're excited to welcome you in.

LOCATION
You'll find us at Unit 1 on the Andoversford Industrial Estate. Right next to the A40, just 10-minutes from Cheltenham, we're perfectly placed for commuters travelling between Gloucester, Oxford and London as well those living in the local area.
FACILITIES
Set over two levels, A40Fitness features a fitness suite, aerobics studio and weights room along with fully equipped changing rooms and a large, welcoming reception area.
Our fitness suite is home to a big range of cardio equipment, fixed resistant machines and a selection of benches and dumbbells.
The weights room is the perfect place to squat, deadlift, press and flex. We have dumbbells ranging from 2-50kg, squat racks and benches making it the perfect place to workout.
Brand new 140sqm outdoor training area with astroturf.
EQUIPMENT
Brand new for 2022, we've invested heavily in a big range of state of the art gym equipment. Featuring cardiovascular machines, resistance training and free weights, our extensive collection includes:

- Treadmills, Water Rower, Ergo Skier & Cross Trainers
- Leg Press, Chest Press & Lateral Pull Down
- Cable Machine
- Deadlift Platform
- Dumbells, 450kg of Plates, Squat Racks, Benches & Punch Bags
- TRX, Power Bags, Kettle Bells, Battle Ropes and Pull-up Bars
CLASSES
The aerobics studio hosts regular classes every week, taught by a range of qualified instructors and tailored to the requests of our members.
All classes are inclusive of our memberships and range from Yoga and Pilates to Zumba and Spin.
We also provide a range of brilliant classes for young, aspiring athletes including Junior Zumba.
KIDS FITNESS CLASSES
Join us for high-energy family exercise classes in the fitness suite.
We are excited to offer Zumba Kids classes for 4-7 year-olds. The classes are a brilliant way to socialise, exercise and have fun in an uplifting, inspiring environment.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Take your training to the next level with one of our dedicated, experienced Personal Trainers. Benefit from tailored training plans based on your personal goals and maximise the rewards of every session.
As well as offering extra motivation and a sense of accountability, a personal trainer will ensure you're performing each aspect of your workout correctly.
Our in-house team of PT's are always available to help you take that next step along your fitness journey. While personal training is in addition to your membership, all members can enjoy basic support, inductions and use of the FitSense App.

Track your progress and develop your training with the FitSense App. Offered to all A40Fitness members only, FitSense is a sophisticated data-driven progress tracker.
Designed to motivate and inspire you to reach your training goals, the FitSense app gives you complete control over your fitness journey.
